I agree to be bound by rules and regulations issued for the National Capital Regatta 2011. In consideration of acceptance of this entry (or the entry of my child) to take part in this event, I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified the Ontario Sailing Association, the Britannia Yacht Club, its organizers and respective agents, officials, servants, and representatives from and against all claims, actions, costs, expenses and demands in respect to death, injury, loss or damage to my person (or my child) or property, howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with me (or my child) taking part in the National Capital Regatta, notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the same bodies, or any of their agents, officials, servants or representatives. I further understand and agree that this release is binding upon my heirs, executors, assigns and myself.
I hereby declare that the boat hereby registered is adequately insured for public liability and property damage in all races in which it participates.
I further declare that my boat carries at all times safety equipment required by Transport Canada (Small Vessel Regulations) |
