The lawns, flower gardens and woodlands of Britannia Yacht Club's extensive Picnic setting Emerald Cay grounds give a park-like setting for four tennis courts, children's play areas, picnic areas, and courts for volleyball and basketball.

The grounds also provide ample parking spaces and year-round outdoor storage facilities for members' boats and boating equipment. Secure indoor storage for dinghies, sailboards, kayaks and canoes is available.

The grounds are enclosed by a perimeter fence and on-site security service is provided.
