Harbour

Britannia Yacht Club's harbour is a well-protected basin consisting of a main harbour and an inner harbour, which together provide 250 wet moorings. Most moorings are of the Mediterranean type, but as demand requires, these are being replaced by floating finger docks. There is unlimited dry mooring spaces for ramp-launched dinghies and motor boats, and for crane-launched keel boats of <3,000lbs.

Harbour facilities include:

• Drive-up moorings - park your car within 10 metres of your boat
• Gasoline and diesel fuel service - the only fuel service on Lac Deschênes
• Pumpout facility
• Annual launch and haul out services
• Four launching ramps
• One 5000 lbs. and one 3000 lbs. stiff leg cranes
• Dockside electrical outlets
• Fresh water at the service dock
• Full time Harbour Manager
